We waited for an hour and still didn't get our food we also saw the person serving was eating while serving us. And people came after us and got their food before us

I was really surprised the food lack flavor. I placed a to go order as well. I ordered to go for my daughter because she wasn't able to come with us. I ordered to go, chicken tortilla soup, chicken tenders meal and an order of rolls. It's my fault for not checking the bag. When we got home she had 2 chicken tenders which probably wouldn't have been a problem but they looked like chicken nuggets not tenders. The soup was like water with onions and tomatoes. No chicken to be seen and it didn't look like chicken tortilla soup. We got 2 roll but I paid for a full order but like I said it's my fault for not checking the bag. All the food lacked flavor and the portion size was laughable

First off this has nothing to do with the server she was great and she tried so hard to fight for us , this has everything to do with the cooks and manager on shift . First or shrimp was undercooked to our pasta the manager said we would still have to pay and give us a free pie , after our server fought for us and said we’ve been wait over 45 minutes they said they would remake and give it for free , you call this service ??? It’s under cooked again. A waste of time and food , this is unacceptable quaneish c. Was over the top in her service , her manager need training and the cooks need to check temps .

Our server was the only good thing about this restaurant and she gets a 5 stars. The other servers were rude when we told them there was no toilet paper in any of the women stalls or paper towels. The 2 of the 3 toilets weren't working and bathroom was dirty. My food was decent but my sons corn dogs looked like they were soaked in a liquid for hours (they weren't even the right colour anymore) then fried to cover it up.
