Pizza was not cooked long enough. There was a major problem communicating with each other. I'm sure our order would have been better if I could have them understand me better. Food was good, just wanted a browner crust to my pizza

They never answer the phone, EVER! I don't know what's going on with this location.

I ordered pizza for pickup at 10:30 am this past Sunday. App said it would be ready by 11am. I arrived at 11am to find that the store was not open. I sat in my car for about 15 minutes and 2 workers pulled up to open up the restaurant. I did not get my order unto 11:50. The lady apologized & explained that they were caught in traffic which is very understandable, but the App needs to be adjusted to not accept orders if there is no one in the restaurant to take them. This happened to me in the past with a late night order, same location. The App accepted the order, the restaurant closed early that night for whatever reason, the door was locked with workers still inside when I arrived. I was refunded my money the next day after speaking to the manager. Had not returned to this restaurant until this past Sunday. Not having good vibes about this particular location so probably will not go back.

BEWARE OF HAIR IN PIZZA!! Hair was COOKED INTO MY PIZZA! When I took it back to the store the employees were unbelievably rude! They acted like it was nothing they could do and REFUSED TO REIMBURSE!!!! NEVER EAT HERE!!!!
