Tallahassee is a Small Hole. Nothing to do. Citizens are rude and uneducated. Driving through the town is craze got honking many times.

Gov DeSantis…you are an amazing amazing person. May God Bless you and your family. Glad there are some sane folks in America right now. P.S - as a former Disney cast member in CA… THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU For taking on the scum that is Disney cooperation. Walt would NEVER have wanted what has become of his vision. But thank you for helping the world! Just remember Disney World cannot just pick up and leave the state. Keep pushing back! CA Disney has Anaheim City wrapped around their little finger. Glad to see a state NOT cave in to the woke left!
Stay Humble
Amazing!

The current Capitol (or "New Capitol") is not open on the weekends, but the Historic Capitol is open 7 days a week, 363 days of the year. M-F 9am-4:30pm; Sat. 10am-4:30pm; Sundays noon- 4:30pm. It's a Museum of FL political history and a very interesting place to spend a couple of hours. Come visit! (the building with the red and white awnings)

During session they will have all the events that they have had in the past(florida keys day, miami day etc.) And The Capitol Police are hosting a trunk or treat on oct. 28th
No, face mask are optional.
I know this is late but most of the people worked from home during covid with the exception of a few Cabinet members and legislators and of course Capitol Police, no work from home option for them lol.
Yes it is closed due to Covid. We were there a few weeks ago and its closed to visitors.
There is no fee, but we are still closed to the public until further notice.
Yes from what I remember. It's across the street though. There is construction going on now. But the parking, from what I remember is only 1 or 2 blocks away.
It only runs during session. If there is no session that day there is no shuttle. It will typically run from 7am to about 5 pm but it varies
It's where the Governor, state representatives, and senators have their offices. Also it has the state house and Senate where the legislators bring up and debate bills

If the museum a few blocks away is open, then you can park in the lot behind the building. And if you go down to the museum, they will give you a free parking token. Then you can browse the whole area.
No there is no other state buildings beside the state Court's and the Florida capital building Hope this helps
