Not having a wait staff and the long lines of ppl having to place their own orders and get your own drinks in very small plastic cups is very inconvenient, when we got up to go place our order ppl took our table. Very uncomfortable and unnecessary crowding would be solved with waiters. The food was delicious though. Lol the tip jar at the register is kind of ironic too.

The only downside to Lola's is the small dining room and the deck facing the busiest corner in New Paltz. The food was excellent, you order cafeteria style and it's brought to your table- we sat at a high top on the deck. Lunch was quickly prepared and brought out hot. The server took our order for a second round of drinks and it was delivered almost as soon as the server left. If you like to people watch, sit on the deck- but definitely check out the great food at Lola's

Food was excellent, staff was very friendly, outdoor patio designed for people watching on the main street. Highly recommend this place, good selection for people who are vegetarian and non-vegetarian, everything came out right, tasted good, and was very much worth the reasonable prices.
