It is your basic bus station and taxi stand. It is a little dreary, but clean, with usable rest rooms. People working behind the counter are helpful regarding buses and taxis. If you take a bus to New Paltz, this facility does its job.

Bought a ticket online for the 4:40 am bus. It never showed. Couldn’t get any kind of assistance or check to see what was going because they don’t open till 7:00 am. Why offer such early buses if there is no customer service on site or via phone.

The buses are very comfortable. In Amsterdam there is no bus terminal.

Depends on the day - check the trailways site for details for specific departures. But there's generally morning, mid-morning, early afternoon, mid afternoon, and evening departures.
In small carrior. If its crowded the carrior must go on your lap
Yeah its runs very consistantly , from 6:30 am through noon they run pretty much every half hour during the week for the work rush hour. Always on time
Yes it does from White Plain and New Rochelle. Both, New Paltz
