Has to be the worst place I’ve ever gone, always rude condescending nurses quite a few rude doctors. You could be dying and they really wouldn’t care. Just care about a check. Love to see it.

After a hospital stay in the ER last month, I'd been struggling with anxiety and depression surrounding my health. After my visit with Sarah Latoria, I feel more at ease than I've felt in a month. She really listened to what I was experiencing with compassion and empathy and I feel like having her as a PCP will really help me establish a plan of care to become the healthiest version of myself. Everyone at NW Med has been wonderdul and I cannot recommend this care team enough.

The wait was unreal 8/10 pain in my left eye bleeding yesterday it was hit by the corner of a heavy box but I was not "high priority enough" to be seen for 3hours they also said they had one doctor in the er today....one? Really? Well its nice 2 know if 2 people come in shot 1 of u isn't gonna make it because they are understaffed smh still just sitting here still waiting ....we are at 3 hrs now lets see how long it continues...

Struggled with alcoholism for years now, decided to try and get clean and stop cold turkey which I'm aware can be dangerous, well after I stopped I was having bad withdrawals, came to the closest ER and the Woodstock one was it. It's not a detox unite but they definitely medicate you to help you feel more comfortable, an overnight nurse by the name of Kelly M. Was so nice to me it helped my anxiety for down quite a bit simply by her kind words, she's an angel sent from heaven, and deserves a raise. Most nurses from my past experiences from different hospitals treat alcoholics and other addicts like garbage, but not Kelly, like she knows exactly what to say and how to say things to recovering addicts to help them through a difficult process. Thank you so much Kelly for your kind words and support and helping me through a difficult journey. I hope she is blessed for the rest of her life.
