Yes, or you could chance it, but be ready to move when the reserved group arrives... If it was previously reserved. Also, the city puts a completed copy of your request at the table you're using to let people know when that space will be occupied.
Not too big but still have a wide space to run around and has an overlooking where you can see cars down the hill...well maintained playground and bathroom
