This department of Florida Education keep adding more classes to the student, classes that student doesn’t need for their programs. Today said something tomorrow they said something else because it have already happen during this year 2021. This people doesn’t know what they are doing, they want is to taking more money from the financial aid of the student.

They need a better way to streamline data and key essentials (transcripts, etc) for certification purposes. I have had to send my transcripts off twice and today I am going to hand deliver them. You have 18 stories and no department can process documents in under 60 days. It’s absurd. Update: I hand delivered and it posted the same day! My principal suggested I do this. Lesson learned! If you want something done do it yourself!💕💕😩

Worst organization of any educational system. I've submitted my college transcript to the address given 4-5 times since I moved down to Florida 4 years ago. It has not been updated on the system! And when I call no one can give me a good enough reason. ( you have to wait, we are backlogged... for 4 years!)I do it through the national clearinghouse and can track when it arrives. I've just about given up!
