This is an excellent place to host all sorts of things. The grounds and buildings are very nice. The parking area closest to the soccer/baseball fields is not paved. It is red clay and pretty messy for both your shoes and vehicles so that is the only reason I'd rate it 4 out of 5 stars.

Chi, you only need a membership to use the fitness center. Otherwise the only costs are for specific events an activities, many of which are run by local leagues.
