If getting my battery installed is dependent upon staffing, then clearly advanced auto needs to hire more staff. However, it was enough staff for him to test my battery. Even after telling me that the battery needs replacing, he let me leave with a dead battery. I drove 30miles to another advance auto and received a totally different customer service experience, with a newly installed battery.

I came in on a Friday night with battery issues walked up to the counter on what I would consider a slow night no one jumped to assist me, I had then asked for help installing my battery and they explained to me that they closed at 9 and couldn’t do it because there wasn’t enough time to get it done.. after leaving them and going down the street and getting my battery put in in less then 5 minutes. I will no longer be returning to advance. I probably could have done it myself with no knowledge but the other store who won’t be named was able to assist me and get me back on the road in 10 minutes tops. Very dissapointed and dissatisfied with the lack of urgency in a place that all of their commercials are about free battery installation.
