Area’s best bagels. Vegan-friendly other than ones like Asiago meant to have cheese in them.

Food is great, my only issue is there are times they do not answer the phone when you’re trying to do a call in order. Their reasoning is they have to give their attention to the customer in the store but as a customer trying to make a call in it makes you feel undervalued. My suggestion is they use the “zipper method” if you’re with a customer and the phone starts ringing finish with the customer in person and before you wait in the next customer answer the phone, the call in customers are just as important.

Ordered 2 bagels to go. After standing at the pick up counter for 30 mins I went to the front to ask about my order. (Four customers that ordered after me received their orders first) I was given my order that apparently had been sitting there for about 10 minutes. One of my bagels was prepared wrong, they put mayo on it when it should have been plain. (Not a big deal) I though it was be an easy fix. They older lady at the front counter gave me an attitude and said that’s the way I ordered it. We looked at the ticket together. It was order correctly but made incorrectly. I did hear her asked for it to be fixed on the fly. 10 MINUTES a later I had to another employee if my bagel was being made. All in all it took about 50 minutes to get 2 breakfast bagels. Staff was rude. Will not return.

I don't think the have door dash n curbside
I don't know. I go for the delicious bagels. They have coffee and other drinks.
Ehhh, I'm no bagel chef but I used to cater and sell food and desserts and such, so, I am saying with almost 100% certainty, there is no way to make a LEGIT low carb bagel. Granted, I'm sure there is some twist, such as almond meal or coconut flour could be used, but I likely would not eat it.
