They burned my leather passenger seat, on our CRV. The tech sat a reader on it and it overheated. They paid quick for the seat repair, though. Very ethical company. We will continue with them as customers.

I have a dodge charger 2014 SE. My window switch for my window was not working on the driver side. I came to Mr. Tire because I thought they were good at what they do and reasonable. Mr. Tire staff ordered the part for me and I was told that the window switch would cost $265.30 and labor would cost $144.00. Those prices are absolutely ridiculous and predatory, to be clear. That window switch on the open market $30 to $100 at the high end. The $265.30 charge was a mark up of over $300. That is not including the labor that only would take 30 minutes to install. I am appalled that Mr. Tire would treat law enforcement this way. Given the fact that I mentioned that I was law enforcement and still treated this way is horrible. I will never come to a Mr. Tire again. I also will make sure my friends and co-workers know about this, too.

Worst place to get oil change. People please check their work after they say we are done. Today was one of those days where I witnessed the oil spill all over the under cover and coolant after the keys were given to me and said I am good to go. I asked what can be done about the error that was done and they were unhappy to fix the mistake that was caused at the closing time. I understand but I am still making payments at that moment. Just be careful.

I was there today for some work on my car. Very pleased. Price was excellent for the work done. The guy at the front counter is an excellent communicator and kept me up to date on every step of the way. He let me know when the car was going back when they were working on it and the estimated time it would be finished. I felt like that communication is above and beyond what you normally get at a car repair facility. They also explained very carefully what they would be doing. I think this is a good place to go for getting work done on your car and I would come back here again.
