this toyota dealership is the worst ever in my live. sales department and the service department are the same. i bought my GR86 and having some sort of issue with the key hob feature. Then I called my salesman and try to fix this issue or made it work but we couldn’t. He recommended me to go to service department then I work in and try to make an appointment for that. A guy working there said we don’t work on remote stuff then okay, I told him I talked to the salesman already he recommended me to come here then u said u don’t do the service here. Guess what he said, he said he ask u to come to us we can also say go to your salesperson 😅😅😅😅what kinda service is that?

Worst in paying for your trade. Hardly have any inventory on the lot. Dealer markups up to $10000 or more on all vehicles. Imagine LE Corolla base model for $29000. They don’t take a penny lower Then the sticker prices so they are not the typical dealers. Forget about saving money here. If you don’t want to pay the markup they act like they are doing you a favor by selling you there darcaresurance for $2500 not to mention $1500 gap insurance is forced on you and there is no way out of it .i think 355 toyota doesn’t know it’s already a buyers market and not the sellers. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

They won’t message you, as soon as you come in they will try to bate you into getting something out of your budget. If I was you, I would ask for the final out the door price so there are no surprises at the end. Also don’t buy right away, get prices from other dealers and then walk in at the end of the month if you want to buy the car. Don’t call or ask to be called for the price because you just paid someone else to do nothing but harass you and force you to test drive the car.
