seriously believe it is the business model of Petco to manipulate its customers and take their money. I am a vital care customer and am suppose to receive discount grooming services. Even at a discount their grooming services are subpar. But to make matters worse they have cancelled last 2 grooming appointments at the very last minute with out a care or concern for my time or circumstances. The local store manager apparently has no tools at their disposal to make this right. I can only assume that this is due to corporate wanting to be sure they get every cent they can from their customers while evading accountability for when they fail to meet the most minimal standards of customer care and appreciation. Petco is not concerned with the health and well being of your pet only their bottom line.

Great job at Petco grooming. Nice staff and my dog was looking and smelling great. And it was not expensive. I will bring my dog there again.

I took my dog today for grooming I told the guy that up front how I wanted my dogs hair to be cut and he said to me that their haircuts weren’t professional that if I wanted a perfect cut to take my dog somewhere else The employees at grooming are not nice.
