5 Stars. . . Definitely 5 Stars!!! Wish it could be more. I went to the Patchogue location for a total of 10 months to rehab a very traumatic tibial plateau fracture. I was treated with kindness and compassion the entire time by Everybody that works there . WOW !! What an excellent group of professionals and human beings. Emily at the desk , Kelly , Kathleen , James , Dan , Emily . . . And many others working together like a well oiled machine . Consistently pleasant , kind and helpful!! I absolutely enjoyed my rehab and I didn’t even mention my therapist yet !! I had the pleasure of having Kathleen work with me. From day one when I came for my first appt. (Kind of crabby and definitely doubtful), Kathleen’s kindness and encouragement put me at ease. It wasn’t long before I started to make some improvements . Kathleen always listened to my fears and doubts and addressed them . I’m an RN in her 60s , I often bombarded Kathleen with anatomy and rehab questions. Kathleen’s knowledge of PT is really impressive . She knew when to add another exercise and when to have me back off. I had complete trust in her and it has paid off. Thank you so much Kathleen !!! And a Big Thank You to metro Patchogue for making me feel like family !! I will miss you all 😍

EVERYONE at Metro is amazing!! Kind, caring and encouraging!! Daria was an absolute doll!! Raising the bar every week to get me back to tip top shape!! Thanks to her and everyone at Metro, I can run, walk and wear my heels with no pain!! AND if for some reason I have a flare up, I have been given the tools from Metro to do my own work at home to stay healthy and happy!!!
