My wife and I have been going to PFM for many years and we have always been impressed by the efficiency of the office and the level of care it provides . We have been patients of PA, Sam Fassnacht, for more than five years and he is exceptional. He is very thorough with all examinations and we never feel rushed during our visits. He also seems to take a genuine interest in his patients. He recently made three calls to me in a two day period to check on a serious illness I developed. He immediately knew the appropriate medications to prescribe and thanks to him I am now rapidly improving. He's a great asset to this practice and we have recommend him to our friends who are also very happy with him.

I have been going to this medical office for 3 years. Always fast and courteous service at the front office. I've never had a billing problem. Dr Wang answers my calls promptly. Less than 2 minute wait for BP, pulse and weight check. Doctors are very polite and knowledgeable

Horrible place. I went for an annual physical and they billed me as a sick visit. I was not sick nor did I do anything differently. It is disgusting that I had to pay after I disputed the charge with them. DON'T GO! You will be ripped off and charged for everything.

I have had good care there. The people that give it a low rating are expecting something that dosn’t exist anywhere. Healthcare in this country takes a level of being proactive and knowledge. No one is going to hold your hand. If you act professional you will get professional help.

Questions & Answers

is this a "pop up clinic" like a stat health? or is this a normal doctors office

Hi Alicia, we are an established family practice office.

Does a minor dog bite (small teeth marks and black and blue) require attention? Dog has had all shots to date.

Still s good idea if the skin is broken. Dogs have stronger immune systems than people, as such they can have more bacteria in their mouths that can be harmful. If the skin isntbbroken, wouldnt worry about it.
