So slow takes forever to do even the smallest thing. I would go elsewhere

Not staffed well. Edit: Responding to patient first. Yes I completely understand there is a shortage and fully understand nor you and I can not staff healthcare fast enough. I really hope the staffing level goes up. Patient First has always been my go to if I need in person and the alternative being tele health. In severe cases obviously 911 and big hospital. As the customer I would love to see lesser wait time while having world class care that all patients deserve.

I understand that the wait can be long but this visit wasn’t nearly as busy as it has been in the past. I brought my three year old and after waiting for 90 minutes for the doctor to come, it was hard to keep him happy and he couldn’t understand why we couldn’t go home. He had a meltdown for 20 minutes. So far, still waiting to be seen and it’s nearing 2.5 hours. The least someone could do is pop in to see how things are going or provide an update on how much longer it could be. Disappointing that this place is the only option that’s relatively close to home.

Staff is friendly and welcoming but when it comes to cleaning wow I'd be scared my dog would contract an infection every room is dirty there cleaners should be 🔥 ed

If anyone experiences pain in their chest and difficulty breathing they need to go to the ER. Urgent care in not the same thing as the ER. Urgent care is not meant for severe traumas or possibly life threatening experiences such as the person described. If you have a heart attack at urgent care, they will call for an ambulance. If you are unsure where to go you can call a nurse at the hospital or your doctor. If you break a leg you know that urgent care can't help you. Also, here in crowded USA there will almost always be wait times to be seen by a doctor. When you go to the ER they see high priority patients first. It's not always first come, first served. If you truly feel like you are in need of immediate medical attention, call 911.
No, its an urgent care facility but you can ask for PCPs in the area and recieve a print out during an urgent care visit
Agreed. I will never go back. Worst experience ever
