Travel from Baltimore City to Odenton office 1hr and 10 mins in a storm, on the way to my appointment I called office to confirm my lateness due to weather conditions. Receptionist confirmed I would be seen. Enter office 12:32 my appointment was 12:15pm. Four employees including office manager stated I had to reschedule. I regret ever going there. The office manager and staff was unprofessional and not patient friendly. Working over 30 years in an medical office setting as a Clinical Office Manager or Medical back office supervisor L.P.N. . Not, once have I or any staff member disrespected or purposely inconvenience our patients due to inclement weather. If rudeness was the goal, I give them a 10+. Good Luck!!! Patients

I was referred by my PCM & trusted their judgement. I have been unable to schedule an appointment because everytime I call somehow the fax was never received. That's not the problem. However, Dorian being unprofessional and dismissive is something that may need to be addressed. It definitely does not foster an environment of adequate care or trust when the office staff is rude.
