Easy to find, plenty parking.The costumer service was fine and once I got there was quick and easy. My mammogram tech was Kim, she was nice and professional and gave me all the instructions. I needed to fill out a paper as new patient with some questions. All my experience that day took me 30 minutes. I had no problem in this place.

The providers themselves are fine, but seemingly overworked call center / operations staff make it impossible to get anything done (scheduling, insurance approval, etc.) ... Luminis seems to be cutting corners on this front and it makes getting decent healthcare really difficult, EVEN THOUGH the practitioners are really nice.

I arrived early for my MRI at the Odenton facility this afternoon and my test was delayed for a while due to an emergency. So I sat in the waiting room for an hour, I had the opportunity to watch Keyora and Jennifer manage the front desk. Both ladies demonstrated patience, kindness, and professionalism with a never-ending line of patients checking in. I know these characteristics are the expectation, but Keyora and Jennifer went above and beyond to direct every patient and family member to the correct location....all while problem solving for patients without referrals and/or scheduled appointments. Great job, ladies!!
