Waiting for the single person that can do a notary, waiting over 45 minutes to be helped, and seeing everyone shipping packages take priority over you. Not a good experience.

Went for notary services. Line was to the door despite having three people working. Waited in line until it was my turn and said I need a notary. Then I was told I would have to wait until the line disappeared before someone would help me. The line was still to the door, I had already waited for my turn, and I had my family in the car. What terrible customer service!!!

I have been going to the Odenton UPS Store since my move here a few months back and am thrilled with the staff and level of service. They are busy most times and really work hard to keep the customers flowing without compromising their level of service.
