Hey there, We asked to fix the dishwasher more than two weeks ago… and were waiting for the maintenance. The owner facilitated the work order and the dishwasher got fixed today!!! Thank you Sarasota team and thanks to the owner! I do appreciate it, for the toilet flushes I will reach out the lease office and place a work order on it.

Worst apartment complex ever, horrible maintenance and office. Nothing ever gets fixed completely they patch it and say there is nothing they can do about it. Everyone has horrible customer service, and maintenance will walk into your apartment unannounced.

I just moved here and I love it so far. The apartment is better than what I was expecting and the leasing staff was helpful. I mainly spoke with Matt but the two women there were nice too. They were a little delayed on getting appliances ready before I moved in but they were quick to resolve it.

I have stayed here for 4 years an I have heard all the bad thing about this place. I personally can’t say I’ve had a bad experience but I do wish things could be different.
