The gates are constantly broken. One is tied to a tree. The rent went up hundreds a month. Now, the garbage is broken and there is a dumpster. The dumpster has garbage all over the area and rodents are getting into it. There was a dead body in a garage, no one checked the smell coming from the area. Management does not take care of the complex and the issues unless complaints are made. This complex has gone down hill fast. Leaving soon and will never rent here again.

Horrible management. They are highway robbing people. I can't describe fully.. Their prices are sky rocketing, They take full advantage of their tenants, raise rents and treat them without any humanity, offering no alternatives. Their apartments are rotting, you'll need maintenance every month. Horrible, immoral group of people!

I have lived here 3 years, and the staff is wonderful! Always there to assist you with anything you need. If I have a maintenance issue its fixed right away. Joey is the BEST! This is a very safe quite complex. Love it here

I moved here about 5 months ago and I love it. And I am not easy to please :). The staff is great and Elizabeth has been fantastic every step of the way -from tours to move in and beyond. Any maintenance issues have been resolved quickly and those guys are great as well. I love the amenities and location. It’s the first place I’ve lived with 24 hour access to the gym and game room areas. They even have bikes to rent here! The location is beautiful and makes for great sunsets! Spacious apartments with lots of storage. Highly recommend:)
