Termite infested, can tell the wood is rotting. Match box waiting to go up in flames. I was bit twice by termites visiting a friend of mine who resides here. No maintenance, her dishwasher hasn’t worked since she moved in about a year or so ago. Office staff are never in office and when they are, they are very RUDE to residents and future residents especially Carol & the one whom Carol replaced, neither of them know really what they are doing. Very unprofessional for office staff and I work in a large corporation servicing customers. They will File 3 day notices and tape to residents doors, although folks try to pay them but because they are never in the office and don’t offer a Dropbox option, folks are having to pay additional fees or face a 3 day eviction notice. Don’t ever apply here, it is truly the ghetto. Loud music, illegal parking and activities take place at this property. Some time ago, I had the desire to live here but after seeing with my own eyes, no maintenance, termite infestation, rotting wood, experiencing getting bit up by termites & having to go to the ER to get treated for it, is unacceptable. Especially because I was only visiting a friend, so to be bitten by termites & I was only there 2 hours, shows how bad the termite infestation really is. Just awful. Also, the homeless population tends to congregate near the visitors parking, dumpster & mailbox area. In other words, you get what you pay for, low rent in a rough/unkept neighborhood/apartment complex. Thank God, I continued searching west and found my forever home in a gated community that is well maintained. I feel bad for my friend, as this is all she can afford. Single mom with little ones.

Please look at the pictures. The barriers are silly and dangerous. If anything they should have been made from round steel. The pointy corners are eye level for a small child and face right where kids run by. Also, the pictures of the grounds on Google are very misleading. They were probably taken the day after landscaping and painting and other improvements. It doesn't look like that anymore.
