I am not talking about the girls in the office, they are very good and do what is in their hands and they are allowed. I'm talking about the new administration that puts obstacles to everything I've been 3 years with the air that turns off and doesn't turn on this time it was a week because they don't have maintenance staff. They fix the air and that same week without power in half of the apt and co.or the problem started on the weekend and they don't have staff nothing can be done. I go back and write no, they are NOT the girls of the Management or Administration, they are the new Owners who will think that they acquired a monthly gold mine without having to invest and when the gold mine stops offering them what they want to release it to the highest bidder. I can't use the facilities like the pool because they are closed now that summer is here and most likely with the same excuse as last year (the filter was damaged) which by chance came summer, but here I am with my children bothered asking what because if I pay rent and they continue to raise it, things are damaged, including the entrance gate.

I live here 5 years ago. Everything was good until the owners and management changed. The negligence to fulfill its obligations is abysmal. The only thing that keeps me tied to this place is the lease and the penalty for breaking it. I complain every day in this world that my neighbors on the second floor move, drag chains, play world war ..... that is, the noise is supreme during the day, at night and at dawn, literally. I have been completely ignored, despite the fact that I have paid my rent and fully fulfilled my obligations. The order and well-being of the tenants of this place is not important to the owners or the administration. I do not recommend this place to anyone, it does not compensate for the low value of the rent with the discomfort of living here without being able to sleep or rest.

after a rough time dealing with TRG MANAGEMENT the new company that took over the property is making this place a good place to live and raise your kids im really happy now thank you .
