People from the apartment complex next door hop the fense and are always in our pool drinking and smoking. Management could care less. I wouldn’t recommend ever buying a place from here. It looks nice, but it’s not.

Would not recommend living here. Always people at the pool being loud and drinking. Management does not do anything about it. Not a safe place to live.

These are private apartments, so it's up to the owners to set the price. I found the apartment I rented through a realtor.
