Worked here twice. Area managers play favorites, you can literally watch groups of 3-4 people walking around most of the day just chatting with them. They pass by people to offer their friends VTO first, they lie and hold a few spots for their friends. None does anything. You constantly see people hiding in between boxes on their phone or talking to friends behind Auto sort. People will stand around for 10 minutes while a jam happens. "Only people who were tried by Area Managers can clear these jams." Which I was, yet I'd be complained too about clearing jams constantly, seconds after they happen. Instead of waiting 5-15 minutes after an A.M. comes around to doing it. People literally sit in the bathroom for 30 minutes straight on their phone. They treat us like hamsters in cages during covid. Lunch items are overprices to heck. The few HR people I talked to are very unprofessional. So are the people who pick up the phone when you have a problem. They made me want to call oneanother nonstop to talk about an issue I was having with my ID, and when I got sick with covid, then waited till I was better to return. Don't bother working here, it's a nightmare.
