Love the apartment and location but I hate that you literally hear everything your neighbors do from a pin dropping on the floor to people talking I have kids and really wish I could of got a 1st floor apartment we literally have to tip toe or neighbors start banging on the walls it’s never peace and quiet

If I could give zero stars I would. I have seen nothing but red flags from the start. I went to my initial appointment with ALL of the required documents that were initially asked for. After several weeks of waiting I have received calls from, Sue, Brenda, and Bernadette (which were all nice, for the most part besides when I started questioning) all asking for documents that I have already gave them. Red flag number one. When I questioned why I needed to resubmit documents that I already submitted the response I got was "They were lost or shredded and if I still wanted to move in I needed to submit them again." These were documents that had all of my information on them INCLUDING my social security number. After complying and resubmitting these documents and waiting a few more weeks and they finally called and told me I was approved for a 2 bedroom for $957.00 per month but would have to wait to move in because the county has not handed over the buildings yet. At this point I was approved and so I stopped searching for another place to live. A week later a different person called me again telling me I was approved. Another red flag. Since then I have called once a week every week to see when I could move in and got the same response that they were not ready yet. This past week they called (after calling twice saying I was approved) and told me that I over qualify for that price and that my rent would be $1305 per month. That is more that a whole paycheck for me. Sounds like a bait and switch to me. Now this is leaving me and my daughter homeless as I stopped searching for places after they told me weeks ago I was approved and was just waiting for the building to be ready as it is new construction. Luckily I have found another income based apartment with the SAME EXACT criteria and SAME EXACT yearly amount cut off and I submitted the SAME EXACT documents and I was approved. It is very sketchy and suspicious what they did to me and if I were you, do yourself a favor and save yourself the stress of this place. They have no empathy and will only tell you what you want to hear.

The staff at Sandpiper place have neen nothing short of very friendly and helpful. I am excited as i wait to find out where my apartment is going to be. Thank you to the staff at sandpiper for helping me with the process

I am just trying to figure out how do u know if they have your application or not and if we’re on a waiting list, around how long is the wait 2/3 months, 3/4 months what??? I desperately need to move and just need to know something
