From the tour to move in, the Estia staff has been extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive! Even when the leasing office is closed, maintenance is quick and available for any emergencies, and the community amenities are wonderful! I am very satisfied with my decision to live at Estia!

I took a tour today with Sabrina. She was so nice and helpful. The grounds are absolutely beautiful as well as the apartment itself. The clubhouse, pool, and gym all looked great! I know she also tries to organize events for the residents a few times each month. I hope to sign a lease here!

Great place when I first moved in back in May 2021. Property was then sold and has gone down hill since then. Great concept, just poor new owners.

Hi Joanne, they have a second estia being built and it's almost full. I recommend calling the office on Monday. 2 bedrooms are reasonably priced.
