When I fist started going to this practice it was great, not sure what happened with the staff, but am actively searching for a new eye doctor. The front desk woman acts like you are bothering her if you ask a question, I feel like a bother, not a valued patient. I am also sad Dr. Sportelli has left…she was the only reason I was still going there.

Went to the Parkton Office (power out at Lutherville) 14 miles away and it was a great nice ride. Beautiful office tucked away, peaceful area. Office staff and Dr Lieken was as pleasant and nice as my drive. Katzen Eye Group is professional, courteous, organized and nice. Highly recommend them, you don’t want to leave that’s how nice everyone is.

Used to be great but just called today (on hold for over 10 mins) to get an appt in Hereford for an annual checkup and no appts till October. That's ridiculous. Have been going to the Hereford location for 20 years (before they were bought) and never had such an extended wait.
