I wish there was 0 star for here. I order my lens in August 26, 2022 and I have not get it yet until now. The day that i put my order, i jave told it wont take more than 10 days. I made call more than 10 times and be on hold for 30 minutes each times and staff brought me excuses. One time they we telling me the lab couldn't find them. One time they told me they had to reorder my lens. I have use laptop everyday with no glasses because their staff does not know how put order and how take care of the problem that they made. I am righting this review for two reason. The first one is to tell people who come to their expect what they are going to deal and the second one is some one who feel a little responsible from their reach out to me and give me back my glasses.

The customer service and timeliness on orders being placed is awful.. The staff members are like zombies, they have no sense of urgency for mistakes made on their part. They claim to not have a manager on site... I have been waiting since 07/30/2022 for a remake of my lens, which i brought earlier this year. And now the coating is coming off.
