Only renewed cause there was no other place and been here for 6 years. But this will be my last year. This place is like prison not our home that they want us to call it. Tell you when to vacuum tell you that you can’t have family or friends over more then 3 days, turning this place I to a smoke free complex lol 😂 still ppl smoking, wanting to fix up pool Area and buy new pool furniture but don’t want to upgrade the apartments for ppl that have been here for years. Remind you they will Fix up after the tenant moves out makes no sense to me, I could go on and on but I’m Sure you get what I’m saying. But the management is living a practically new apartment.

So this property is one of my favorites ever! Cindy the manager is awesome she truly cares about her residents. And Andrew was amazing in the office but even more so as the maint.supervisor! No matter what needs done Iit is reported to Cindy and she gives it to Andrew and he is a genius and fixes it in a very timely manner! Thanks guys for being so awesome!
