The luxury apartments at hunters ridge is a beautiful,gated community for 55+. and for only (starting at)$1200 a month AND THE BEST PART.... its wonderfully located behind the McDonalds and Starbucks dumpster ..next to loud auto body shop. you know, because we do not have enough 55 and over apartments. but you know mr.deeb,he will find a way to make money and apparently he was ever so kind to build another over 55 community... im just waiting for the community to grow and to see how many car accidents will happen from squeezing another 55+community where it DOES NOT BELONG !!!!!!! But unfortunately some people care more about money then someones quality of life!!

The apt. we were in, visiting, had a very small patio out back. A call to maintenance was handled in a timely manner. Twice while we were there. Nice size rooms. All appliances furnished except the washer and dryer. At least in this case. Very quiet neighborhood. Many senior citizens and retirees.

I have just renewed my lease for the 4th year here. I love everything about Hunters Ridge. The villas are very large, quiet, well kept, and the neighbors are all really nice. I have my own parking space right outside. The grounds are beautiful. The clubhouse is beautiful. The office and the maintenance men care about you and take care of anything right away. I have made friends here. There is no better place to live. I will be here for a long time to come. If you are looking for a real home, this is the place for you. Five stars isn’t enough.
