We have been living here going on three years. Jennifer is an amazing property manager and has done an amazing job at filtering out the rift raff's. We love Jennifer and look forward to be here with Highpoint for the unforseeable future. I would recommend anyone looking for a place to live to give Jennifer a call.

As a senior resident for 24 months effective July 2022, I wish to say High Points apartments has been a very restful place to live. Jennifer, manager, and maintenance have been very thorough in their follow-ups etc.

So I had seen this place while driving around and decided to look them up. I thought wow, great rent and they look cute. I call on a Saturday and leave a message, no response. So I send an email on the follow Tuesday, no response. On Thursday I was about to call and follow up but decided to check out and reviews. And all I want to say is THANK YOU. I read ALL reviews and decided that my sanity, health, and life are more important that this place. Sounds like a new management company needs to take over.
