Four Twelve Roofing did a project on our street. Besides the debris left behind they hit our car. They acknowledged responsibility (in writing) but now refuse any communication. Apparently this is common place for them to ignore complaints & issues. Heard to often! Always get at least three written estimates and because their prices are higher it doesn’t mean their quality is. Beware!

Great communication throughout the process. On time/early. The crew worked together well- everyone had a positive attitude and worked hard in extremely hot weather. Finished quicker than expected and cleaned up well. I recommend them!

Yes, as a roofing contractor in Baltimore we perform roof replacements for shingle roofs, flat roofs, slate roofs, and metal roofs. Typical lifespans depend on the type of roof you select. A new asphalt shingle roof is a 50 year roof. For a new flat roof we offer 15/20/50 year roofs.
