This company responded to my request for service with a phone call within minutes of my contact. The next day, at an approved time, Mr. Kelbie was on sight suggesting what might be done vis-a-vis my roof; he then performed the work effectively and efficiently. Subsequent his efforts, we talked and agreed upon what other services, in the future, he might provide. I was quite pleased with his efforts on my behalf. My roof looks quite good.

Mike Kelbie, and his team at, Kelbie Home Improvement, did a truly incredible job on multiple projects on my old Baltimore row house. I’m pleased with the level of professionalism from this company. They were incredibly fast at removing and disposing of a hundred years of roofing materials and damaged wood. They efficiently identified and corrected problem areas on my roof, front porch and some interior issues. The awesome thing is: Mike was able to give me an accurate quote and contract before the project started so I knew what to expect. He and his team communicated with me throughout the process to keep me informed about any delays. This willingness to communicate was so helpful. His team went above and beyond to minimize construction debris and noise. In other words, they kept my neighbors happy. I’m absolutely delighted with the results.

I called to get a third party opinion on roofing work that was completed by another company. He came out quickly the very next day, inspected and gave his honest feedback about the work that was previously done. He inspected the roof, provided me with pictures that showed what was wrong. It all depends on what type of job it is some jobs are longer than others it may take one or two days sometimes longer.
Most of the time, within one week after signing a contract sometimes within one day but we do offer the same day in the next day service. As soon as we get a commitment, usually turnaround time is 3 to 4 days weather permitting not unless there is special parts that need to be ordered or the weather is bad.
