After many quotes to have our roof replaced, my fiancé and I decided to go with Cox - and there are no regrets! Once the contract was signed and down payment received they began work within 2 weeks and were done on the same day that afternoon! They replaced many rotted boards, sealed and painted our roof also replaced our skylight in Oct 2021, and there have been zero issues. We had about four leaks prior which could not be repaired after about 4 attempts from a different roofer. My son and I contracted with Cox Roofing for a 160-year-old flat roof on a city house, with multiple layers of damaged material. Some companies proposed just laying a new roof on top, leaving the damaged underlayment intact, but this was ill-advised by independent professionals with whom we contacted, as well as Cox. Cox's price was very competitive and they agreed to repair numerous squirrel holes in the fascia and redesign a downspout, which other companies would not agree to do. Then what was supposed to be a 1-1/2 to a 2 day job, ended up as 3 days, because of the extensive damage discovered underneath the old roofs. After all that time, we got to know everyone quite well! Whenever we had a question or concern, Cox was extremely both responsive and respectful. The roof and additional workmanship looks great and they left the place cleaner than it was when they arrived. Everyone from Lisa, who answers the phones, and Rick the boss, to the foremen and their workers, were consistently helpful and friendly. I would definitely hire Cox Roofing again!
