I'm relocating from Atlanta to DC and saw this property as I was site seeing through the neighborhood. I did not have a tour scheduled but Lonise was still happy to assist me and answer all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable about the community and overall sold me on my new home here in DC! If you're looking here ask for Lonise for the best service.

This apartment is horrible when you call the maintenance they come to fix the closet but the next day it is not working. Also the old lady front desk worker is really rude when I say high to her she never anwsers she just roles her eyes.

I called them to ask about apartments. They took my name and number, but never called me back. I guess they aren't interested in attracting new tenants.

After enduring the terrible noise and threat of our neighbor for almost a year, we finally moved out of this apartment. We tried every effort, first we tried to communicate and solve the problem by ourselves, then we asked the apartment management for help again and again. The apartment manager basically did not provide us with any help. Sometimes we need to call the police to be able to fall asleep late at night. We are exhausted and desperate. We follow every apartment rule, we pay rent on time every month, but we must be forced to leave. Those who violate the apartment rules can live happily. What a great irony. We finally figured out that it was the management of this apartment that actually ruined it. Although we moved away, the hurt they caused to our family, especially to my 5 year old son,I will never forget， my 5 year old son was scared to wake up again and again at night， and we will never forgive them. I sincerely advise those who are still planning to move into this apartment, be careful, hope our family's real painful experience can provide you with a lesson.
