I just wanted to send an email about my experience with Ms. Laireeae Jackson @ the Shelburne Apts. Moving is very Stressful especially when you are moving into a Metro City Like Washington, DC. But working with Ms. Jackson I experienced no stress at all. She was VERY accommodating, even went out of her way to make sure I saw the apartment I was looking at, when it was convenient to me. I know she has multiple properties in which she is the leasing agent/manager for, but that doesn't stop her from making sure all the tenants/new tenants are taking care of. I have moved numerous times in my life and can say that, this move thus far has been so easy, less stressful than any other move in my life. Enclosing Ms. Jackson was amazing, and I am so grateful I had the pleasure to work with her. Your company has an amazing employee!!

Lots of roaches and hard to reach property management. Non-renovated units rough around the edges. Good location though.

Water and trash are included in rent. Residents are responsible for individual gas and electric.
Daro Management Services took over Property Management Services 12/28/20, and Daro is not aware of any bed bug issues at The Shelburne.
NW is known for being a residential place, crime has no zip code.
The Shelburne Apartments does allow pets with only some restrictions for aggressive breeds. There's no height or weight limits
The Shelburne Apartments are located in the heart of Dupont near clubs, lounges, the infamous U Street, and restaurants in close proximity
The metro is 6 blocks from the Shelburne.
