My husband and I used Party Palace Rentals for my son’s 1st birthday party. The tent looked beautiful set up in the backyard and the tables, chairs and linens were in excellent condition! The bouncer with slide was a fan favorite and provided hours of fun and entertainment for the kiddos! The crew arrived on time to set up and were very courteous and professional. Left me high and dry for my wedding. Told them on the phone when I requested the quote and again via email when the quote was received that I wanted to pay and lock in my order. A few weeks later, called to make sure all was well and that I needed someone to tell me how to pay, they shared it was never confirmed and they couldn't help me. They had no sympathy whatsoever.
