If I could give no stars I would. I have been dealing with the same problem since June. So much to explain but I do know that at the end after numerous phone calls I felt the store should help since they took in my old phones for trade and when I went in was told even though they would love to help me they r not authorized to correct. Management would not come out of back office employees saying he was tied up with zoom call multiple days. Problem is hopefully resolved due to phone call placed by a regional person who also told me anyone in the building could have made the call and he actually explained to them to make it. Confusing but I hope it is resolved but beside that the employees at the store including management were not helpful at all

Staff was friendly, despite long wait times. But that's not necessarily their fault. However, what I am annoyed with, is that when I upgraded to a new phone recently, I decline all insurance coverage. I then get an email from Asurion a couple weeks later stating I enrolled in "Total Equipment Coverage," which I did not. Called Verizon customer service and it looks like the employee I worked with in the store enrolled me in the coverage despite me declining it several times. Definitely not okay.

Exceptional customer service dealt with Jason, the manager, and he troubleshoot a problem that I had from beginning to end. Highly recommend this store and working with these people.
