Very bad service in this store, I have been a customer for many years and it is the first time that I come to a store like this and I have had so many problems. In the month of June I bought a phone and I left mine as part of payment and today I found out that the phone that I left as part of payment was never credited to me and it is as if I did not leave any phone and they are charging me the total amount of the new phone I bought. In a few words, it could be said that the phone was stolen because. And yesterday 09/09/22 I come to the store and they tell me that the manager is not there that they can't do anything to come back the next day and today 10/09/22 I am here in the store and they tell me that they don't have manager that Just yesterday the manager resigned and that they are working without a manager, it is very rare that they are working without a manager and there is no store manager. Finally they told me to leave that there is no one to help me.
