I don't ever write reviews however; I feel the need to today. Kai was amazing, it was him and another gentleman in the store. The other gentleman was training and the store was quite busy. Kai not only had to do his Job, but also had to assist the other gentleman. I myself was there for 3 hours with a 5 month old baby mind you. I'm not saying that to complain I'm saying that to make a point that phones are a process and it's usually not a quick one! (Something alot of people don't understand). Within those 3 hours I witnessed many very rude people who were not happy about the wait, but I believe that the 2 employees were doing their best to serve each and every person the best and fastest they could!
