Check for there website for early bird specials. The list price was $80 to fly and $35 to just ride out on the boat. Discounts can go up to $15 off per flyer.
When I did it, they allowed 2 people at a time I am sure it's the same today but call them before you plan I never noticed the age restrictions but it should be OK as long as you can sit on a belt and balance It's safe though
