This has to be the worst Pizza Hut ever! They are rude and have poor customer service. I placed a order through their website and when it arrived I was missing the 2 liter Drink. Called to the store and the manager (Tiffany) said she couldn't do anything but give me a store credit. I said ok here's my email so I can have a confirmation on the fix to my order. She said no we don't do that. So how am I to know you fixed it? In my online account it doesn't show a credit. She said she had customers to wait on and didn't have time to help me and hung up. I would give no stars if I could. This isn't the first time my order was wrong.

ask for the special w-5 Topping she said we don't do that one I said I just looked it up online she said ok we do it Thank you and paid she said around 15 minutes I Said ok Thank you waiting 15 minutes went back in the get my pizza the other lady so let me grab it from the back come to find out the lady who took my order and said it will be another 15 minutes she never turned my order in that what up when they don't know what kind of special they have running. now have to wait 15 minutes to get my money put back on my card

Skimpy on sauce, covered entire pizza with Jalepenos (no literally). Couldn't see but spots of the cheese underneath. Never know what you're gonna get. Other than pizza described above, it still tastes good no matter how it ends up. Minus another star for what i have witnessed inside with employees. I wont be back.

Pizza is good, I mean it's pizza but they been Lacking. Their pizza hasn't had enough sauce and flavor lately, so I been going for Papa Johns or Zalats/Serious Pizza.
