This place is set up for failure.Do not come out here please.Managment is poor and maintenance is terrible been here 2 years and I'm ready to leave pricing is high for a 1 bedroom 1 bath almost 1300 but when it's time for rent to get paid they want that on time but cant get nothing right this is more like a project's in the hood. DO NOT COME HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!

Rent is increasing exponentially for amenities that break and are held together by tape. We’ve needed a new oven door since May 2020, with no updates still in 2022. The bathtubs always leak from upstairs into our apartment because they refuse to do anything more than patchwork maintenance. There are bugs everywhere, you have to beg to have someone fix things, and they want your rent without doing any of the work. You have to ask the workers to mask before entering because the front office won’t enforce it, so the risk of catching COVID because someone was in your apartment without you knowing are high. Negligent, and near slumlords—the front office is wholly incompetent. Everyone always has an attitude when you ask them to do their job. How hard is it to sit in an air conditioned office and tell people what to do? Dealing with them is horrendous, every interaction feels like dealing with the stereotypical mean girl from MIDDLE school. I regret ever coming to this complex, and they’re taking clear advantage of the people who need a place to live. Stay away, your money is better spent on the other side of town.
