Whoever Island Point luxury apartments hired to take photographs of the premises deserves a Pulitzer Prize in photography and editing. It is absolutely heinous that these apartments are marketed as luxury and they have the audacity to charge what they charge. I have very literally seen government owned properties that were better kept than these apartments and I have 40 pictures to share of what the premises and units actually look like upon move in. And it's absolutely ghastly. Gross misrepresentation reflected in online photos. Dare I say criminal.

Place was infested with roaches. More water stains in the ceiling than you can count. A/C went out twice during middle of summer and fixing it was never made an emergency. My bathroom was disgusting and I had to scrub everything in it to make it even remotely useable. They cut my deck off my apartment and took 10 months to rebuild it without notifying me in any way that they were planning to do that. Stairs to my apartment were literally rotting through and falling apart. The front gate was supposed to be locked and accessible by keycard only but was always left open. Never enough parking, would often have to park 2-3 lots over. Stray cats everywhere that would defecate on stairs and in front of doors to apartment. Extreme drug use, every weekend the whole complex would reek of marijuana. Maintenance staff very unfriendly and lazy.
