Check in was from 4:00-8:30pm and I came in at 6:00pm and they told me my room wasn’t going to be ready for another 30 minutes. 3 hours go by and my room STILL isn’t ready. They then tell me that they over booked the hotel and had more reservations than rooms available. Needless to stay I wasn’t able to get a room for the night and had to sleep in my car. Best part was that they didn’t give me my money back! Horrible hotel experience, horrible customer service, and the only part of the hotel I saw (the lobby) had a horrific stench and was beyond dirty, DO NOT STAY HERE.

Pay for Towels I get 25 dollars for cleaning I almost understand Thing about it the overall property is kinda nice but Wifi doesn't work And for 500 a week idk it could be done better I guess

I have stayed at worse for sure, this place was ok to me.
There are many fine boutiques, nightclubs and restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. Many are within walking distance of the hotel while several major shopping and entertainment centers are within a short drive’s distance. For more information visit the area activities section. Conveniently located restaurants include Ship 2 Shore Seafood & Steaks, Chan's Chinese Restaurant, and Sonny's BBQ.

Our hotels allow packages to be delivered to guest who have an existing reservation or are currently residing with us. Packages can be retrieved at the Front Desk with proper identification.
Yes, all of our A-P-T Suites locations have a large pool for you and your family to enjoy.
All of our locations have either coin- or card-operated vending machines with a range of food and beverage and self-care options that are available 24/7. If you need something more you can talk with the hotel staff. They can tell you about nearby pharmacies, grocery stores, big-box shops, and department stores.
Major credit/debit cards in the name of a registered guest are accepted at all A-P-T Suites locations. Third-party credit card authorization forms are available but must be submitted to and approved by the hotel's general manager prior to check-in. Please contact the hotel front desk for their specific requirements. While nearly all locations accept cash - an additional deposit or valid credit card number may be required at check-in. Some locations accept business checks with prior approval/authorization. Personal checks are never allowed. Consult your confirmation email or contact the front desk of the hotel at which you intend to stay for specifics.
While children 16 and below always stay free with an adult in the same room with existing bedding, there is an "Extra Person Charge" for an additional adult of $10.00 nightly.
If you are booking through one of our partnering websites, you will need to provide your credit card to make a reservation. Our partnering booking sites keep your information safe and secure. Please remember when using your card we will need to see your card and your matching photo id at check in.
You may, subject to availability, extend your stay by formally reserving/booking additional nights at the hotel. You must do this as soon as you know you need more nights to prevent losing your room and/or losing room availability at the hotel. A new guest with a confirmed reservation may displace you from your room without exception. Guests who do not formally extend their stay must leave their room by 11AM (local time) on stated check-out date or incur a charge of $50.
The guest can cancel free of charge until 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel after 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. The guest will be charged a prepayment of the cost of the first night after reservation. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation. Reservations made through external portals (Expedia, Booking.com, etc.) are subject to additional terms and conditions that must be honored. Our site, guest support and booking agents, nor hotel staff can assist with changes to those reservations.

Please call the property directly and they can assist with any changes you need to make on your reservation. Reservations are easy, just go to our website aptsuites.com and book with us directly. You can also call the property directly to reserve your room. We even take walk-in’s if you would like to come visit us in person and talk with the front desk. Yes, we do have handicap accessible rooms available. These room types have a limited availability and are on a first come first serve basis. Each property has a different availability and we encourage you to contact the property directly to request room accommodations.
Yes, we offer weekly touch up housekeeping services included in the price of your stay. If you would like additional housekeeping, contact the front desk about the additional services and fees. Guests wanting a freshen up package more frequently can visit the front desk to make a request and go over the cost of services.
Yes, all of our properties offer guest self-serve laundry facilities for a nominal fee. Please see Linen Policy for more details.
There’s no need to leave your pet at home. All A-P-T Suites locations feature pet-friendly rooms, so you can bring your dog or cat with you. A-P-T Suites is happy to welcome your well-behaved furry friends! We allow up to 2 pets, felines or canines, up to 35 lbs. Breed restrictions apply and we do not allow aggressive pets, birds, monkeys, snakes, or other reptiles/amphibians. Please see our Pet Policy or contact the individual property for more details.
We’re an extended stay, so guests have the convenience of staying a day or two, weekly, monthly, or longer!
