When you call someone hangs up the phone so can't speak to no one..Inside is just as bad to see some one to speak too

Worst branch. I have been waiting in line for 30 mins while there are no tellers helping anyone and about 5 people behind me in line complaining about it. Customer service is awful.

Contrary to their posted hours, they opened after 9am. I had a 9am appointment. It is now 9:49am and I still haven’t been helped. The staff was nice, but niceness can only go so far when a customer is not being provided the service that they came in for. I left and decided to go to a different location. They were much more helpful. Before leaving, I used this location’s ATM machine outside. The ATM took my money and displayed an error message stating, “There’s a problem with this machine. We’re sorry but we can’t complete your deposit or return your cash. To help us complete your deposit, please enter the appropriate cash amount.” I was unable to withdraw cash and they proceeded to restrict my card. I had to get all this addressed at the second Bank of America that I went to in addition to the problem that I scheduled the 9am appointment for. 0/10 will not return!
