Their Teller Assist option. BOA is the only bank that I am aware of that offers this wonderful service. While only available at some of the branches, it's a wonderful customer service option for those customers that are not able to bank during normal banking hours. Early and late hours as well as being available on Sundays is invaluable to me, personally. Offering Teller Assist services at more of the Bank of America branches would be the only change I would consider asking of BOA.
