So I am not happy office leasing because they don’t care upper new move paint this is awful it’s was toxic pain down my apartment it’s was so bad smell she had special mask I can’t breathe this is very toxic I was doctors. My apartment I can’t relax office leasing just puts me. This is not nice this really bad office leasing. So I did get flex I pay took out my bank pay rent so I have to pay again charge fee unbelievable office lease this is big problem office. They don’t help communicate!

I have read the negative reviews and it is just not warranted keep in mind this is a very large 50 plus year old complex that is constantly maintained by staff and private contractors working hard to address problems. My wife and I have enjoyed living here 2 years and just signed a new lease. Pier 5350 has large apartments with large patios maintenance is top notch never had any issues. We like it here

My daughter was bitten by ants while sleeping on Thursday. She woke up with 5 blisters on her hand. We wentvto the ER i had no idea where they come from come to find out their ant bites.

The walls were repainted and they redid the floor lining and called it "renovation"
Unless you are sure you can meet their requirements, don't be too quick to put your money out there. Be sure you understand what they are wanting from you so you won't get denied.
